Roti Bun Reunion

I can't believe I waited this many days since I've been home to get a roti bun. I forgot how good these little guys smell AND taste. Simply amazing. Maybe I've been away for too long, but they even look bigger! Fluffy, buttery, light as a cloud....how, HOW do these taste so good?!

My mixer also arrived in the mail today. Perhaps I should try to make these myself again. In the mean time, I'll just have a snack.
