I've always struggled to figure out what type of "cuisine" represents my cooking. Truth is, it really can't be categorized into any one genre. It's inspired by the foods I like to eat, which I can assure you is a very wide spectrum. Here is a recent dinner that I think showcases my style perfectly: a little Asian, a little comfort American and a whole lot of deliciousness.
